FROM ROUTE 287:
 | Take 287 South to Exit 35 |
| At the top of the exit ramp, make a right onto Madison Avenue |
| Get into left lane, and at 1st light turn left onto South Street |
| Go through one traffic light and after light make a left onto Woodland Ave. |
| Continue about 2.5 miles and St. Huberts will be on your left. |
FROM ROUTE 24W:
| Take exit 7A for Chatham / Rt. 124. |
| This will take you onto Main St. Chatham |
| Make a left at the 5th traffice light onto Lafayette Ave. |
| Make a your second right onto Woodland Ave. |
| Continue on Woodland for a few miles. |
| After you go through the intersection of Woodland and Loantaka Way |
| fields will be on the right hand side a little further down the road. |
FROM ROUTE 124E:
| Take Route 124E to Lafayette Ave. |
| Make a right onto Lafayette Ave. The is a small shopping center on the corner with a CVS store located in it. |
| Make a your second right onto Woodland Ave. |
| Continue on Woodland for a few miles. |
| After you go through the intersection of Woodland and Loantaka Way |
| fields will be on the right hand side a little further down the road. |
