FROM THE WEST Take Rt. 78 east to Exit 44 reading “New Providence/Berkeley Heights”. At end of ramp, turn left onto Glenside Avenue. Go to first left (approx. 0.5 mile) and turn left onto Glenside Road. Go under Rt. 78, up a steep hill, and down the other side. At traffic light, turn right onto Mountain Ave. Go approx. 1 mile. Street name changes to Ashland Rd. as you cross into Summit. Follow Ashland Rd. for additional 1 mile. Memorial Field complex is on the right. Turn right onto Tulip St. (just after Brayton School). Turn right again onto Myrtle Ave. and park on street. Varsity and JV fields are to the left of the flagpole. FROM THE EAST Take Route 78 West to Route 24 West (towards Morristown). Take Exit 8 (“Summit Avenue”); at light turn left onto Summit Ave. Go approx. 1 mile into downtown Summit. Go thru 4 lights in downtown; Summit Middle School is on right. After passing Middle School the street bends to the left and the street name changes to Elm St. At stop sign, turn right onto Mountain Ave. Go approx. ¼ mile; turn right onto Larned Rd. Field is down the hill on the left side. Park on Larned Rd or turn left onto Parkview Terrace and park on the street. FROM THE NORTH Take Route 287 South to Rt. 24 East (towards Springfield). Take Exit 8 (“Summit Avenue”); at light turn right onto Summit Ave. Go approx. 1 mile into downtown Summit. Continue as in directions FROM THE EAST. FROM THE SOUTH Take Route 287 North to Route 78 East. Continue as in directions FROM THE WEST. OR Take the Garden State Parkway North or New Jersey Turnpike North to Route 78 West. (Note that if you take the GS Parkway north to Route 78, there is no exit directly onto Route 78 West. You will have to take Route 78 East for about a half mile to the first exit, and then get back on Route 78 West.) Continue as in directions FROM THE EAST.
