NOTICE OF ELITE FLIGHT BEING FORMED

As of 02/03/2008 - known Elite Flights forming for MCYSA FALL 2004: 
U12G, U13G

Elite Flights are not formed by MCYSA. 
Usually they are a group of teams that are gathered together by a flight coordinator (you) in the interest of obtaining the highest level of competition for the participants. Once this effort is underway the flight coordinator then contacts the League to request entry for the group as an Elite flight.

By submitting this form as the Flight Coordinator you are requesting entry for an Elite Flight into the
Morris County Youth Soccer Association for the upcoming season.
