MCYSA FIELD ISSUES

If you know of any reason your club will not have sufficient fields available
to handle your home games on any particular game date listed below,
please indicate the reason.

This form is only to be used prior to season start.
If you have a field issue or field closure
during the season please use the
Field Status Reporting Form

PLEASE!! Only League Contacts, Field Schedulers, or another Club Board Member may submit.

Important Note: Every club has the obligation to provide proper facilities to accommodate the home games for their teams each week. Reporting a problem here does not diminish that obligation, but it will provide documentation should any problems arise because of your field situation.
The season schedule for your club may be able to be setup in a way that will help ease conflicts arising from your field shortage reported below. We can not guarantee that can be done, but all submissions will be reviewed and taken into account where possible.
