CONFLICT NOTICE DEADLINE IS AUGUST 1, 2008
Preseason Conflict Notifications are to be submitted by League Contacts only.

Approval of the Conflict Date and Permission to Reschedule a game is not automatic.  A maximum of 2 conflict dates per team will be honored.  Approval will be at the discretion of the Games Chair.

Exception: If you have a National Competition or State Cup game conflict your league game will be automatic postponed as you progress thru the competition.  If you have a bye for a National Competition or State Cup game you will be expected to play the league game as scheduled.

Check Fall 2008 Game Dates.   If the MAJORITY of the players on a team have a conflict with a particular date and there are not enough to field a team, complete this form and click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.  

  1. Conflict Notices are due - Friday August 1, 2008

  2. Check the published Fall 2008 Game Dates. 

  3. If a team has a conflict with a particular date where the majority of the team can not attend the game and therefore can not field a team, a Preseason Conflict Notice can be submitted by the club League Contact.

  4. Please keep in mind that the league can only schedule games for the published game dates.  All date conflicts must have alternate details (date/time/field) are resolved by the opposing teams and included on the Home Game Schedule Files returned by the clubs in late March.

  5. NEW - As Conflict Notifications are received they will be logged on the PCN Received page so you can see what has been submitted and received.

Maximum of 2 DATES per Team will be considered

  Teams must be registered with no errors before a Preseason Conflict Notice can be submitted for them.  If your team is not listed and a registration has been sent in, check the Registration Status pages to see if there is a problem listed.
