WHAT DO I DO WITH THE GAME CARDS?

** IMPORTANT for REFEREES - You have 3 cards to process. 

Card  C  -  You should have returned the  C  sections to the opposing coaches on the field after check in and PRIOR to the start of the game!)

Card  A Card  B Card  D
Card  A  - this is the one with the TEAM ROSTER.  Card  A  must be MAILED to Joe Marrapodi immediately after each game.  The card is set up as a postcard with Joe's address on the reverse side of the roster. Card  B  has the MCYSA SCORE CARD on one side and REFEREE DISCIPLINE REPORT on the other.   Both sides of Card  B  is submitted online using one of the forms linked above. Card  D  which has the GAME REPORT BY REFEREE on one side and game reminders on the other.   Card  D  is submitted online using one of the forms linked above.
