MCYSA FALL 2011:  TEAM REGISTRATION APPLICATION (ver 11.21)

Commencing with the Fall 2011 season, Registration is now only done using the Registration Module sent to the Club Registrars. 

There are no on-line forms.

Please check with your Club Registrar, Primary Carding Contact, or League Contact for more details.

The registration deadline for a Fall season is July 15th.  The registration deadline for a Spring season is January 15th
