and COACHES EVALUATION of REFEREE v.11.2r0922
 This Form is used by Coaches

Attention REFEREES:  This form is used by teams to report their scores.
It is NOT the form you use to submit your Referee Game Report.
Please see important instructions HERE.

It is VERY Important that you enter the correct and complete information for the game you are reporting or it can not be processed.  Submitting wrong information will cause one or more of the following:  1) Incorrect Score posted,  2) Standings will be affected, 3) May affect referee assignments for a future game. 

Score Reports are imported into a database.  Submissions with incorrect/invalid game numbers, wrong order of home/away teams, etc. are automatically rejected and the score CAN NOT be recorded.

If you see an incorrect score posted -- it is because it was reported incorrectly. 
The only way to correct a score is to simply resubmit it using this form!  
And Please Note in the comment area that you are correcting the score.

One of the most common errors that cause your report to be rejected by the scoring programs is listing the teams in the wrong order.
It is very important that you list the teams in the order they are shown in the online schedules. 
Usually that means the home team plays at a home team field -- but even if you have changed the venue of the game and are playing elsewhere, you must still list the teams in the order they appear in the schedule.  If you list the wrong game number or list the teams in the wrong order your report will be automatically rejected.
