 This Form is used by Coaches

Attention REFEREES:  This form is used by teams to report their scores.
It is NOT the form you use to submit your Referee Game Report.
Please see important instructions HERE.

It is VERY Important that you enter the correct and complete information for the game you are reporting or it can not be processed.  Submitting wrong information will cause one or more of the following:  1) Incorrect Score posted,  2) Standings will be affected, 3) May affect referee assignments for a future game. 

Score Reports are imported into a database.  Submissions with incorrect/invalid game numbers, wrong order of home/away teams, etc. are automatically rejected and the score CAN NOT be recorded.

If you see an incorrect score posted -- it is because it was reported incorrectly. 
The only way to correct a score is to simply resubmit it using this form!  
And Please Note in the comment area that you are correcting the score.
