Downloading your FALL 2008 HOME GAME SCHEDULE FILES:

RIGHT CLICK on the appropriate link for your club below to save the file, or 'target', onto your machine.  Do NOT try to open the spreadsheet and fill in on line as any changes can not be saved to the online file.  You need to DOWNLOAD (by right clicking) your file onto your machine.  Files must be completed and returned as an attachment in an email by midnight, August 23, 2008.

Scheduling Sunday Games Prior to 1:00 PM:

When can you schedule a Sunday game prior to 1:00 PM?  ANSWER: Only if BOTH teams/clubs agree to an earlier time.  Enter the time in your HGSF before you return it.

How do you know BOTH teams/clubs agree?  ANSWER: Contact both teams yourself to assure their agreement - or - Have your coach contact the opponents to discuss an early time and have them forward confirmation to you for your records.  Enter the time in your HGSF before you return it.

Do both teams always have to be contact first?  ANSWER: The team registration records asked how early games could be scheduled - and those times are shown in the EARLYH (your home team) and EARLYA (the visiting opponents) columns in the HGSF's. .  (If no time is shown in the column - assume the usual default of 1:00 pm and follow normal procedures of contacting the opponent if you would like to work out an earlier game time.)  If there is an earlier time listed for your opponents, and you would like to schedule the game some time between their indicated date and 1 pm, you may do so without contacting the opponents - but be sure your team can play early as well.
