HOW TO SUBMIT GAME CHANGES

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING GAME CHANGE REQUESTS

All Game Change Requests must be submitted 8 days in advance of scheduled play date via the Bonzi Collaborative Scheduler that each Club has been granted access to. As per our policy, both teams must agree to the change in writing (submitter should retain record of such). The home team Field Scheduler or League Contact is responsible for submitting change to the League. Upon reciept of the Game Change Request, the MCYSA Scheduler will confirm and supply updated details to both home & away Field Schedulers or League Contacts which they are then to communicate to their teams.

ONLY Field Schedulers or League Contacts (or in absene of those, Club executives) should be contacting the MCYSA Scheduler. MCYSA serves approx. 600 teams and handles approx. 3,000 games each season. Any emails or calls from anyone other than those positions noted above will not be responded to.
