including those sponsoring the

$75 per team - these are
teams who have already been carded and played in any NJYS league in the Fall.
ALL Fall teams are NEW teams. Most teams playing in the Spring are Returning Teams.

It is
the responsibility of the League Contacts, acting as representatives of
their clubs, to assure that their club is registered and that submitted
information is complete and accurate. |

Early
Packet Request |
 |
Fall
carding packets are distributed in July at the Club Registrar Meeting. |
 |
Division 1 or Division 2 teams
that wish to card their players prior to the Spring Season can request an
Early Carding Packet at any time prior to Spring Registration using the
Early Packet Request form. |
 |
Any new
U08-U14 teams carding players for the Spring Season can obtain early carding
packets once the Fall season ends and after submitting an online Team
Registration form. |
 |
Once the
Request form or Team Registration is submitted League Contacts or Registrars
should contact the League Registrar, Art Vespignani to arrange for early pickup. |
 |
Note -
Carding Packets must be paid for prior to or at time of pickup. |

Registration Modules |
 | As an alternative to
filing individual online Club and Team Registration forms you may use the
Registration Module. NO online registration forms need to be
submitted if you use the Registration Module. |
 | If your club has many teams
and you would like to complete the Registration Applications via a small
application program (emailed to you), please
REQUEST MODULE now.
|
 | No requests for this option after 06/26/07 can be honored. |
 | There is no charge and the registration module is currently
written in Microsoft Access 2000. Each module sent out is customized specifically
for your club. It will require the same information as the online applications but
should save you quite a bit of typing time as it is already pre-populated with last
season's team and club info that must be verified and updated.

 | As
with the online forms, the deadline remains the same - it must be emailed back and received
by midnight 07/01/07. |

Registration Status |

As each Application is received it is
processed, reviewed, and an acknowledgement is sent out to the League Contact indicating
the status of the of the Application. |
 |
The status is marked
"Incomplete" if additional information is needed and the acknowledgment
indicates what information is missing. |
 |
Only applications with a status of "Complete" can be accepted and
passed on to the Flighting Committee. |
 |

Preseason
Conflict Notification |
 |
Once new season Game Dates have been posted,
coaches should check with team members to see if there is a conflict for the
MAJORITY of the team on any of the published game dates. Coaches
should then discuss the reason for conflict with their club League Contact.
Reasons must fall within the guidelines published in the League Handbook. |

League Contacts or Registrars may submit a
PreSeason Conflict
Notification for any team that has a
conflict on ONE of the published game dates. |
 |
Please note
that submission of the form
does not constitute acceptance or grant permission. |
 |
All requests will be reviewed and confirmation (accepted or denied)
will be sent out to the clubs. |
 |
All Preseason Conflict Requests must be received by
Autust 1,
2007 |
